REGULAR SERVICES: Many satisfied clients have their homes cleaned either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Short Term Clean: We can provide help for a specific period. Examples: Perhaps during pregnancy or you have a new addition in the family. You or a family member may have some health issues. You may be working overtime or you just want a break for a while. Partial Clean: We can clean specific rooms or parts of your home such as the bathrooms or floors only. OCCASIONAL SERVICES: Special Occasions: You may need help before or after a party at home, when you've had visitors or you just need to 'get on top of things' Spring Clean: A good spring clean is as refreshing as a good holiday providing it is done properly. This is a good time to de-clutter, re-new and re-fresh your home. We can tailor a spring clean to suit your needs.
SERVICE TIPS/FAQ's Today, most Australians enjoy living in larger homes. This often means that the maintenance costs are larger as well whether it's repairs, gardening or cleaning. To help you get value for money here are a few tips on using our service effectively. SAVINGS TIP: Consider the rooms that you clean yourself. If, for example, you use your kitchen regularly to prepare meals then you are likely to clean the food preparation areas, your sink, bench-tops and your cook top regularly. In this case we may only need to vacuum and mop the kitchen floor. FAQ's I just need help to get on top of things, Can I have just one clean? Yes, This is, what we call, an occasional service How often can I have my home professionally cleaned? As often as you like but we'll clean your home thoroughly so, depending on the number of people living in your home, we may only need to clean it fortnightly. A number of our clients opt for a 'full clean' fortnightly and a wet area clean (bathrooms & toilet) weekly.
What are high and low traffic areas?
Example; if you have a rumpus room, spare bedroom or a formal lounge that
are rarely used then these rooms are considered low traffic areas and may be
cleaned less often.
Do I need to buy cleaning products?
No, we supply a full range of quality cleaning products.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment? No, We use the most effective cleaning equipment available; such as dyson vacuum cleaners, to ensure dust and dirt particles are not re-circulated back into your home.
ę What if my home is connected to a septic waste system? Although we continue to research natural cleaning products we have found no better product for controlling mould and soap film than ‘Domestos’ (a bleached based cleaner) However this cannot be used in homes connected to a bio or enviro-cycle waste system. Chemical free products are available but your ‘wet areas’ may require more regular cleaning to avoid mould or soap build up. Good ventilation helps reduce mould from occurring and a good way to reduce soap film is to use a liquid soap. Soap film (soap scum) is caused from the talc in bar soap.
How can I be certain of a quality service? The person who manages the business is the owner of the business and, initially, will be cleaning your home. This sets a high standard for staff to follow.
Is your cleaning staff trustworthy? Yes, all staff are security checked or, if possible, are personally known to the owner/manager.
Will my home and lifestyle be kept private? Yes! Your home is your personal space and is kept confidential.
Do you help with other house-keeping? Yes, this can be discussed at the initial consultation.
